Payment for services is preferred at the completion of your dental care. We offer a five percent courtesy discount for payment in full at the time of service, if paid with cash or check. In addition, we offer the option of payment with Visa or Mastercard. A written estimate of your proposed treatment cost will be provided. Financial arrangements for extensive treatment are made prior to scheduling your appointments. A one and one-half (1.5) percent monthly financial charge is assessed on all balances past due sixty-one days or more, or 18% per annum.
